Meet the Team
Managing Partner/Managing Broker – Mrs. Brown is a co-owner of RRG. She has been in the real estate investment, management, and brokerage business in the Chicago area for over twelve years. She specializes in the acquisition and disposition of distressed properties. Her passion and commitment to her clients has garnered multiple awards, including: 2013 & 2012 Chicago Association of Realtor’s Top 1% Producer Recipient, 2011 & 2010 Chicago Association of Realtor’s Top Producer Recipient,2013 Residential Sales Volume $12+ Million Award, 2012 Residential Sales Volume $11+ Million Award, 2013 Residential Sold 95-60 Units Bronze Level Award, 2012 Residential Sold 69-50 Units Bronze Level Award, 2011 Residential Sales Volume $7+ Million Award, 2011 Residential Sold 29-20 Units Award, 2010 Residential Sales Volume $6+Million Award and the 2010 Residential Sold 37-30 Units Award. Mrs. Brown graduated from DeVry University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.
Andy Roman Jr.
Managing Partner – Mr. Roman is a co-owner of RRG. He has been in the real estate investment, management, and brokerage business in the Chicago area for over twenty-four years, specializing in acquiring and renovating distressed residential properties. During his career, Mr. Roman acquired over 500 residential properties in foreclosure auctions, in the seven counties surrounding Chicago. In addition, he developed or converted for sale over 150 residential units within the City of Chicago. A licensed realtor and property broker in the State of Illinois, Mr. Roman has an A.A. degree from the College of DuPage.
Broker – Mr. Kopp started his career in real estate with RE/MAX, the number one office in Fox Valley, where he served three years as Director and one year as a member of the Executive Committee for the Realtor Association of Fox Valley. He joined RRG in April of 2009, bringing his experience as an Arbitrage Clerk, a Commodities Broker and his time as Vice President with Morgan Stanley. He has helped RRG expand their already strong market presence into the Western Suburbs, emphasizing on Kane County. Mr. Kopp is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where he received his B.S. in Business, and attended The University of Toledo School of Law.
